Using Intenday means accepting what follows. It is short because a document nobody reads protects nobody.

What this software is

Early software, offered as it is, with no warranty of any kind. It can be wrong, it can be unavailable, and it can lose a plan. Do not make it the only place a commitment exists that you cannot afford to forget — it is a decision aid, not a system of record, and it is not legal, medical, or financial advice.

To the extent the law allows, liability for any loss arising from using it is limited to what you have paid for it.

Your account

  • You need a working email address, and you must be old enough to enter an agreement where you live — at least 16.
  • Keep your credentials to yourself; anything done through your account is treated as done by you.
  • One person per account. Connect only calendars you are entitled to connect.

Your work stays yours

Everything you put in — your captures, tasks, outcomes and notes — remains yours. Permission to store and process it is granted only so the app can do the job you are asking it to do, and it is described precisely in the privacy policy. Your content is not sold, and is not used to train AI models.

Fair use

The AI features run on models paid for by the operator, so each account has a spending ceiling in any 24-hour and 30-day period. Hit it and the app keeps working — your captures are still saved word for word — while the model-powered parts pause until the window rolls past. Automating the app to burn that allowance, attacking it, probing other people's data, or reselling access will get an account suspended.

Ending it, either way

You can stop at any time: Delete your account in Settings removes everything Intenday holds at once, except the sign-in record itself, which is removed by hand within 30 days (the control says so, and the privacy policy says why); kevin@simplifywithai.io answers anything else. Accounts may be suspended for the abuses above, or closed with reasonable notice and a chance to take your data with you if the service is discontinued.

Changes and law

These terms may change; the date at the top changes with them, and material changes are announced by email before they take effect. They are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Questions go to kevin@simplifywithai.io.
