Your time, intentionally planned
Other systems store your work. This one decides where your attention goes.
An execution system that decides where your attention goes: it knows your commitments and your real capacity, tells you what deserves the next block of time, and repairs the plan when reality changes.
How it works
You type one messy line — “call Sarah about the tender before Friday”. A language model turns it into a structured draft, and you decide what becomes a commitment. Nothing external ever becomes a task without you saying so.
From there a deterministic engine — not a model — does the scheduling. It reads your working hours and, if you connect a calendar, your real meetings, works out what capacity actually remains, and ranks work by hard reality first: an impossible deadline outranks an attractive project, every time. Every decision stores the factors it was made from, so “why this, why now, why 9 AM?” always has an answer.
The five screens
- NOW
- What should I do right now — and why?
- TODAY
- What is my realistic plan, given real capacity?
- INBOX
- What needs deciding? Do, delegate, defer, or drop.
- OUTCOMES
- Why am I doing any of this?
- REVIEW
- Is the system working — claimed priority vs actual time?
What it will not do
- It never touches your own calendar events. It reads them, and it writes only to a separate “Intenday” calendar it creates for you. Connecting is optional, and you can choose a mode where no meeting title is ever stored — only that you are busy.
- It never presents a guess as a fact. An overcommitted Wednesday shows as 164%, not a full bar. Work that does not fit is shown, not dropped. Assumed working hours say “assumed” until you confirm them.
- The AI never moves your schedule. Models read messy text and write summaries. Placement, priority, and repair are plain deterministic code that behaves the same way twice.
